Can't believe they're still here, in Michigan, in October! Never saw them in October until we moved here amongst nature... 300 jack pine trees, bordered on wetland. This will probably be the last day I see them until mid March.

This is my butterfly bush. Hopefully all the butterflies and hummers have gone south by now.

This is my poor geranium planter. We do bring them in before freezing but it sure looks odd but kind of pretty. Guess that's what you would call marrying summer with winter.
